DELIVERY COSTS 

WITHIN AUSTRALIA:  Helios Health & Beauty offers standard Australia Post eParcel shipping across Australia at a flat rate of - $9.90 (inc. GST). 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  After your order has been placed, we will calculate the shipping cost based on the Weight and Destination. We will email you the final shipping cost before processing the order.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER, SHIPPING ADDRESS AND DELIVERY DETAILS CAREFULLY AT THE CHECKOUT.

When Will I Get My Delivery & What Method of Delivery Will You Use?
Normally you will receive your order between 1 - 7 working days in Australia.

All orders placed by 12noon E.S.T. (Sydney Time Monday-Friday) will shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after 12noon (EST Sydney Time) will be shipped on the next business day. Please allow one extra business day if a public holiday falls on or between the order date and expected delivery date.

Delivery Procedures
(Australian Customers ONLY)

1. Australia Post will attempt to deliver the parcel directly to the nominated delivery address, if the parcel can not be signed for they will leave a card.

2. Your authorisation to leave the parcel (without a signature) in a safe location of your choice must be typed into the 'Notes' section at the review stage of the 'Shopping Cart Billing' page.

3. Parcel returned to an Australia Post outlet - when a safe location cannot be found and/or your delivery instructions do not specify that it should be left with out a signature, the delivery driver will leave a note for the addressee to let them know which Australia Post retail outlet they can collect their parcel from and the time it will be available for collection.

If you do not pick up the parcel within 2 weeks, it will be returned to Helios Health & Beauty. In that event, please contact us at: orders@helioshealth.com.au  tell us your order number and the date your parcel was returned by the post office. We will endeavour to re-send your order as quickly as possible, additional freight charges will apply.
 

Incorrect address / Shipping address given by the customer
In the advent of goods being delivered to the wrong address as a result of incorrect address being given by the customer, absolutely no responsibility will be taken by Helios Health & Beauty Pty Ltd. The reclamation of goods can be an impossible and extremely costly task. The reclamation of such goods is left solely to the customer although every effort will be made by way of giving all delivery details and contacting relevant persons to aid in correcting the mistake. All help in these matters is at our discretion.

 

All items purchased from Helios Health & Beauty Pty Ltd are made pursuant to delivery arrangements. This means we are not responsible for any loss or damage attributed to Australia Post.
